Concept is relatively new to Manitoba, currently in our 4th year of business, but we have been building quality homes in Saskatoon for over 18 years and are excited to share our expertise and unique building techniques with a new community! Owned by Joel Schultz, he thrives on making sure each home is built with quality and perfection. Working closely with each client throughout the build, Joel ensures that his clients are aware of everything that happens throughout each step of the build. “From the planning stage, to the finishing touches, I want my clients to be excited, enjoy the process and be able to brag to their friends about their home.” A home should be as unique as the family who lives in it.
